Welcome to meet the JAUR collection at the 20th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Supply Expo. JAUR shows the essential range at Xinji International Trade's booth in HALL E5.

The show will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) and is one of the most important exhibitions in hospitality industry. This year's show set new records on the exhibiting scale. The show reached 60,000 sqm by having more than 751 exhibitors from 19 countries.

17th Guangzhou Hospitality Equipment & Supplies Exhibition gathers the leading hospitality equipment suppliers from over 20 countries. The event is covering 15 exhibition halls with an exhibition area of 120,000Sqm. JAUR will be presented as a part of its Chinese partner Xinji International Trade Ltd's entity. JAUR sales launched in China

The Chinese Xinji Group opens a large hotel, restaurant and catering centre in Guangzhou. The sales collection of the modern centre exhibits leading brands from all over the world. JAUR has its own 50 m2 brand section. JAUR and a leading Chinese company in the feld, Xinji International Trade Co., Ltd signed a dealership agreement in July 2010. Co-operation focus will be on five star restaurants and hotels in China Mainland.

JAUR present in Greece

JAUR signed a collection distribution agreement in Greece with the Athens-based Jacob Tzibre S.A. The company has operated in the feld of interior design for 90 years and its main customers are hotels and restaurants.

The Fair gathers together a magnificent selection of modern, classic and avant-garde design from all over the world to the city of Verona, Italy. Abitare il Tempo presents 700 carefully selected exhibitors. The final touch for Villa Oliver with steel design

The Finnish Housing Fair 2010 will be organised in Saaristokaupunki, Kuopio, from 16 July to 15 August 2010. Villa Oliver, an impressive stone house with a view to the lake, will be built at the tip of the peninsula.
The modern interior decoration of Villa Oliver will get its final touch from JAUR steel design products that will be displayed in table settings and elegant arrangements.

JAUR in Kungsträdgården’s summer

So Stokholm is the summery meeting place of design, fashion and art in Kungsträdgården, Stockholm. This year's theme is outdoor design, and the organiser's co-operation partners are Ohlssons Möbler and Okko Design.

Ohlssons Möbler introduces the new outdoor furniture of Karim Rashid from Italy. Other exhibitors include, Eva Solo, Plain Vanilla, KREL Wearm and the lighting system supplier FOC. In addition to the JAUR collection by Eero Hyrkäs, Finnish design is represented by Vuokko Nurmesniemi and Janne Kyttänen.

JAUR team awarded with the Lapin Taito Award

The designers of JAUR have been awarded with the Lapin Taito award for artisan entrepreneurs. The designers were granted the award thanks to the original, state-of-the-art design of the products, high quality and production, which takes ethical principles and sustainable development into account.

The Taito award of the Finnish Crafts Organization Taito is granted in every two years. The award is the most important reward for artisan entrepreneurs and objective of the award is to bring public attention to successful artisan enterprises and encourage them. Arctichrome is running for the award as the representative of Lapland.

The winner is chosen by Director Pirkko Saarela from the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment, Vice Chairman Juha Janger from Taito Lapland and Marketing Manager Marko Sirviö from the Tapiola Group.

200 wines from California in ViiniExpo 2010

JAUR Coolers and Wine Baskets will be in active use in ViiniExpo 2010 event in Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre. Products are part of the setting in California Wine Lounge offering 200 wines from California.

ViiniExpo is the Finland's largest event for wine professionals and active enthusiast. Wines and Spirits Trade days for professionals are March 18.-19th. On Wine Lover's Day 20th March the event is open for all persons over the age of 18 from 11 am to 6 pm.

In the Windows of Kitchen and Table Highlights

The Ambiente 2010 three leading trade fairs – Dining, Giving and Living – give visitors the chance to expand their horizons while the ‘Windows’ interpret this maxim in detail.

Spread throughout the fair, they offer interesting insights into the product and trend worlds of other segments of the consumer-goods sector.

Windows created by Coco Gediehn in Halls 4.0, 11.0 and 3.1 will draw attention to the kitchen trends in Hall 1. Also by Coco Gediehn are the Windows of Table Contemporary Design and Loft. The JAUR Ice Tray & Caviar Tray and Cream & Sugar were selected by the designer.

JAUR, the top collection of Finnish steel design will be exhibited for the second time in the largest consumer goods fair in the world in Frankfurt on 12-16 February 2010.

Wine, Food & Good Living in Helsinki

Viinilehti Oy and Finnish Fair Corporation jointly organise the Wine, Food & Good Living event in Helsinki Fair Centre on 22-25 August 2009. The event is the largest consumer event in Finland. There will be hundreds of wines for tasting at the wine section. Exhibition kitchens present world-class chefs to do wonders with delicious Finnish ingredients. Public lectures help you to find your favourite wine for chocolate and cheese.

JAUR will have a prominent role in the event. The champagne cooler, pitchers and, of course, the unique wine basket will bring a touch of the magic of Lapland to this high-quality event.

JAUR in the ‘Ahead!’ area of the Habitare 2009 Fair

Welcome to the stand of Finnish steel design!

The entire JAUR collection, that has raised great interest in international fairs, will be on display in the Habitare Fair. The collection is complemented by the showy Gourmet Cooler series available in the autumn. Our white stand 5e2 is located in the Ahead! area exhibiting cutting-edge design. Designer Eero Hyrkäs and Pekka and Hanneli Silfors from Design House Idoli, Ivalo, Finland, can also be met at our stand. The Habitare Fair organised in the Helsinki Fair Centre on 9-13 September 2009 is open from Wednesday to Friday 12 a.m.-7 p.m. and from Saturday to Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.. French touch to JAUR

The JAUR water pitcher was chosen as one of the Podium products in the Maison & Object Fair in Paris. The exclusive version of the product was made by Pigment France Ltd. specialising in coating metal products with natural materials. The JAUR pitcher, which received a favourable reception at the Fair, was complemented with a leather coating on the handle. Successful debut in Sweden

JAUR's first public appearance in Sweden took place in the Formex 2009 Fair in the autumn. The collection was exhibited in the stand of Okko Design, together with other Nordic top designers. The simplistic forms of Eero Hyrkäs raised great interest and the collection was presented as one of the design novelties of the weekend issue of the Dagens Industri newspaper.
